A 'greener' library for Litchfield | The Litchfield Enquirer: "Oliver Wolcott Library (OWL) in Litchfield has made some significant changes to help reduce their carbon footprint. Library director Ann Marie White said she has always been an earth advocate, and two years ago set a goal for OWL to reduce its footprint on the planet while still offering great service to their patrons."
